Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. NEW to the August Builders School, we will have an electronic check-in process. If you forget, it’s alright, we still have you covered, but it might just take a little longer if you don’t.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We ask that you have ID available if needed to prove who you are. No children will be admitted into the event. There is plenty of room and comfortable seating in the lobby and cafe. We want to ensure that we provide an environment free from distractions. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
What do I do if I need special seating arrangements?
If you are in need of special seating arrangements due to physical limitations, or unique circumstances, please contact us at support@MidwestBuildersSchool.com so we can work to make proper arrangements for you.
What can I bring into the event?
Please note that no food or beverages will be allowed in the auditorium. Only water will be allowed in to the event. You will be able to store coolers in the lobby or in your cars at your own risk.
Will there be any concessions?
You can purchase pizza from their youth program in advance, or on demand. We strongly suggest that you pre-order your pizza. All proceeds will be donated to the Grace Christian Church Youth Program.
Is my ticket transferable or refundable?
Sorry no transfers, or refunds!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
You’re on your own for transportation; however the event is centrally located near I-75, M-59, and I-696 which are major highways extending outside of Michigan. The event is about 45 minutes north of Detroit Metro Airport and about 60-90 minutes south of Flint Bishop Airport.
