Ticket Help

Just a quick clarification for those who’ve purchased tickets via the RVP Pre-Sale:

1) Once you’ve completed the purchase you will receive (2) emails, an order confirmation, and a registration summary.

2) There will be a hyper link on both that says “EDIT REGISTRATION“. Click on this link to update your ticket registry as you sell them.

3) An automated email will fire off and send an email to the persons name you’ve entered and to that email with their tickets.

4) The RVP/Primary Registrant will still have the “MASTER COPY” of all the tickets, and PDF accordingly. Its ok if duplicates are printed b/c they will only scan once. We will have the master registry with all the ticket #’s purchased and by whom.

5) RVP’s will have an individual registry sent out to them from MBS via an excel file for their reference for their records. The website will do all the work however some like a “paper trail”
